Focus of work for this ad-hoc Committee - review the definition for membership in the Wildwood Property Owners Association, Inc. (WPOA) and the rights of members as related to membership in the WPOA. The entirety of the By-Laws document should be reviewed with the aim of providing clarity, consistency, as well as conformity within the document. This committee has the flexibility to review and make suggestions for additional By-Law changes as seen appropriate during their work.
The By-Law Review Committee is to report back to the Board of Directors any suggested changes with supporting documentation/reasoning for such changes. Please refer to the calendar for dates when the board is meeting and notify the Operations Manager or the President when ready to be placed on the agenda of a meeting.
