2024 Goals:
Maintain Fiscal Responsibility - Manage the WPOA finances in a responsible manner meeting generally acceptable standards.
- Prepare a Financial Management Manual
- Prepare a 2025 budget which meets the needs of the membership at a reasonable cost
- Prepare monthly financial reports showing actual operating costs along with the budgeted costs – distribute to the board and membership
- Conduct review of finances
