The purpose of the Executive Operations Committee will be to advise the President, as requested, in the oversight and direction of the performance of the staff of the WPOA.

2024 Goals:
Review and update Wildwood Operations for efficiency and accountability – efficient operation and maintenance of Wildwood property.
- Review Wildwood Operations
- Weekly task sheets to be fully implemented (a task sheet to be developed for each week of the year).
- Work with the Personnel Committee on review and update of employee evaluation.
- Collect and use data regarding staffing needs.
- Update safety procedures – develop training procedures, develop calendar for training, sign-off for training, etc.
